A Hallowed/Thankful/Yuletide/New/Beloved Thing FAQ

this idea went through a ton of variations
originally, it was going to be a December thing, where we meet all eight(!) candidates over the course of a 75-mission Thing
then i thought that that wouldn't let any one demoness stand out
so i decided to do eight (!) mini-Things, each 13 missions as a reference to RPGboot
then after the fourth one, i realised that it was getting redundant, and cut that down to six
then after the fifth one, i said "fuck it, we're good", and cut it down to five (changing the final missions' names for the last three)

Icelia was originally going to be for May, but i bumped her up to February when i cut it down to six, and i'm glad i did
this way, we have demonesses fitting every personality i'm physically capable of writing, and no redundancy
the rejected demonesses were:
Leanthe, the grass demoness
Wynne, the wind demoness
Terraphina, the rock demoness (who was going to be killed immediately and replaced with:)
Irona, the metal demoness

i'm fine with cutting these out
this project was another of my overly ambitious ones, like Anything and Everything
Anything You Want and Everything You Need was cut down and reformed into The Best Thing Since Sliced Bread (which allowed Victorrhea to survive)
so it's not like i don't have a precedent for taking overly ambitious projects and cutting them down to something more realistic
unlike AYW/EYN, this set of Things kept what made them unique rather than just becoming a standard Thing
i'm happy with it
