Next year, the Alphabattle World Championships take place in Pasadena, beginning January 17th.

Having seen the Championships descend into controversy over the last two years, following the bans for life handed out to Jake Adjutant and David Boogie, hans is entering his first major event, after being described by many Alphabattle enthusiasts as "looking a bit like Jake but with a moustache"

THIS JUST IN: Thom Yorke has signed up as the fourth entrant to the Alphabattle Championships. Yorke is ranked #71 in the world and recently won the 15 Step Open in Birmingham, Alabama.

I had no idea Thom Yorke was such an avid Alphabattler.
