Basically, you have to make a setlist using one song from every year since 1955.
rules:

• No repeat artists, you fucking retard
  
• No using bands who have their own game (Aerosmith, The Beatles, Van Halen, Metallica, Green Day, AC/DC)
  
• No using bands whose songs don't export to Rock Band 3 (Oasis, RHCP, Soundgarden, Metallica, Journey, AC/DC, Tokio Hotel, Black Sabbath [Iron Maiden don't count because RTTH later got a master as DLC so fuck])
  
• No using songs already in Rock Band wow what an unusual concept
  
• Songs must have three out of the five Rock Band instruments, until 1965, where they must have four
  
• No copy+pasting other peoples' that's just lame man
