My team right now (in the order I acquired them):

Quilava (level 29)
Graveler (level 33)
Pidgeotto (level 26)
Sandslash (level 33)
Eevee (level 28)
Red Gyrados (level 38)

My starter was Cyndaquil (obviously), and he served me well, and then I got a Pidgey. I fucking loved my Pidgey. Sandslash was made into Sandslash through daycare, as I found Sandshrew to be pretty useless. It was worth the $1,000 to quick-level him.
I'm currently in Goldenrod City, rescuing the radio tower guy. I just whooped Svart's ass

Okay, I just finished this session, and I've gotten four Kanto badges. My main party is now:
Typhlosion (level 45)
Ho-Oh (level 48)
Gyarados (level 43)
Graveler (level 38)
Sandslash (level 37)
I ditched Eevee a bit ago because he's now dead weight. I'm waiting for a Pikachu (note to self: ROUTE TWO).

Jizz and I have started FireRed and LeafGreen. I'm playing LeafGreen, and I'm just in the door of Mt. Moon. This is my party so far:
Wartortle (level 16)
Pikachu (level 13)
Pidgey (level 13)
Geodude (level 11)

I beat Svart on Route 22 long and hard with just a level 10 Squirtle (useless) and a level 10 Pidgey. Julia, you are an amazing trainer, but you need to get some shorts. What the fuck is wrong with you?!
