the second and final album with jake e. lee (no relation to robert)
this is my lowest-rated of ozzy's 80s albums (it's tied with ozzmosis for lowest-rated of his 20th century output), but i only remember two songs from it (could be related)

let's compare opening tracks of the 20th century ozzy albums real quick
blizzard had i don't know, which is a strange choice but it's a really good song either way (should have opened with crazy train)
diary had over the mountain, which is a perfect opener
bark at the moon had the title track, which is also a perfect opener
the ultimate sin had the title track, which is mediocre
no rest for the wicked had miracle man, which is a GREAT opener
no more tears had mr. tinkertrain, which is a baffling choice; opening with the worst song on the album, maybe the worst song he's recorded to that point
ozzmosis had perry mason, which is a GREAT opener
so i guess even if the ultimate sin's opener isn't great, at least it did better than no more tears
and no more tears overall was fucking GREAT

good news: i have determined that this album is better than ozzmosis
