"FIVE THINGS THAT MUST HAPPEN":
Return of the Rachni -- I agree. You either saved or killed off an entire fucking species; this should mean something.
Cure the Genophage -- Sure, if I can get an army of Krogan to destroy the Reapers, and if I had the power to choose whether or not they get the cure.
Geth/Quarian Alliance -- Um. It would be cool if they set aside their differences, but it's a bit far-fetched, as the Quarians are butthurt as shit.
Keepers as the Key (make them integral to killing the Reapers) -- Well, it would be nice if they did something with them.
Udina's death -- Please, BioWare. And make the game come with a free bucket.

HOPES AND FEARS:
Co-op -- If done well, this could be cool. However, would it be whoever says whatever first gets to speak? It would be okay as shit.
Competitive multiplayer -- Well, this could be cool, too. Krogans vs. Turians, Quarians vs. Geth, Asari vs. Humans, it could all work.
Old friends -- Well, yes. If Conrad, Anderson, Garrus, Wrex and Mordin don't return, I will cry bitch tears.
Mining and driving -- I liked scanning planets. Seems I'm the only one.
Better relations with crewmates -- I agree like a man; people's dialogue shouldn't stop just because you don't want to fuck them. Fucking should be a milestone, not the goal. And no more of this "callibrations" bullshit. I know Garrus was supposed to be gotten later in the game originally, but if you're gonna change that, give him more dialogue, Christ.
Stupid boss fights -- The Saren fight was super-okay, but the Human Reaper was retarded. The final fight should be against Harbinger.
Details -- "that's 40,000 for a full set"
Ammo -- Hmm. Since ME2's explanation of ammo was "heatsink clips" that make it so the gun doesn't overheat, why not have those for when the gun does overheat, then when we run out, allow us to have to do things like in ME1? Just a thought.
Huge moments -- Can't really argue with wanting more memorable shit.
