For a long time, I have been trying to create the perfect soundtrack for one game in my series.
The idea is that it will have radio stations like GTA/Saints Row/Sleeping Dogs/all that. I have finally figured out what the stations will be, and narrowed down my long, long lists of tracks for these stations. Let's hit it.
Note that I have more games' playlists in spreadsheets than I've made on YouTube.
Classics FM is exactly what it says on the tin. From the (late) 60s to a few tracks from the 90s, this station plays like a Jakey-ier version of a real classics station. There's a good mix of songs people will know and be like "shit yeah this is my jam" and songs that will be remembered as "this game's" songs.

Cruisin' FM seems at first like a second Classics FM, but the songs here are handpicked for cruising around the game world at your own pace, soaking it all in. From the moderate Alabama to the snowly Canada to the deserts of Mojavistan, this station is for just driving.

Car Chase FM seems at first like a third Classics FM, but the songs here are handpicked for, well, car chases. Drive like a bat out of hell to hard rock/metal/Steppenwolf.
Alternative FM is also exactly what it says on the tin. From the 80s to today, it's alternative rock, punk, and grunge.
Modren FM is a station for the other 90s to today tracks that don't really fit the alternative lifestyle. The name is a Styx reference, not a typo.
The Crutch FM is THE METAL STATION (love that glam metal)
Date Night FM is love songs, but all sides of love. From "in love" to "missing you", this station's got the whole range of emotions love gives you, as well as a meta song.
I think I've done a good job here, representing all the music a Jakey would listen to.
