i hate music is a masterpiece something to do reminds me of iron maiden's cover of women in uniform the way guy says "something" is a lot like the way di'anno says "women"
i want to say this is the band's best album need to relisten to let it be though |

any album that begins with a track called "prologue" and ends with a track called "epilogue" just has to be good right surprisingly it was pretty good minus prologue naturally epilogue was fine
guys the best decade for elo was the 80s i don't care if all their classics were in the 70s they were pretentious as fuck in the 70s in the 80s they cared more about making nice songs |

Two tracks here are from A Hard Day's Night, and two are non-album singles. The problem is, Matchbox and Slow Down aren't really the band's best, so just buy A Hard Day's Night instead. |

80s the rolling stones is always a good idea
this is by far the best album the band released in the '80s that's not really saying much though i wish a few of the songs were shorter |

finishing discographies is my favourite naked it's not really their last release i'm going to review but it is their last album so it will sate me for a while
not bad but not great kind of laid-back i guess you'd say it's better than i'd imagined it would be at least |

| 06 Feb 2016: The Who/"It's Hard" (1982) http://musiccouldbebetter.blogspot.com/2009/10/backstreet-boys-by-backstreet-boys.html
About a year ago, I said I'd do It's Hard when I got to doing the GTA soundtracks. I'm not doing that, so I'm reviewing this shit here and now. i'll totally do rock band 4 after i actually play it though I actually miss having a big project like that to do. Rereading all my reviews from that project, I just had more to talk about. Even if the album wasn't interesting, I would just talk about the game. also i think i'm hilarious and i love my jokes
It's Hard features one of the band's best songs, Eminence Front. it's a put-on Everything about it is pretty much perfect. The title track's verses are so lethargic that I'm actually getting sleepy.
mediocre as fuck |

This was the first Dinosaur Jr. album (back when they were still called "Dinosaur"), and the only one I haven't reviewed. BUT DON'T WORRY OR DO WORRY BECAUSE THERE ARE TWO EPs BY THIS BAND I WANT TO REVIEW AFTERWARD
This one is okay. The band hit their stride with their next album, You're Living All Over Me. Nothing here is particularly special. |

| 07 Feb 2016: Little Feat/"Representing the Mambo" (1990) http://musiccouldbebetter.blogspot.com/2009/09/millenium-by-backstreet-boys.html Texas Twister is one of those songs I put on just about every GH and RB list I ever made after I found it (including the recent ones). I was proud of finding this song. Eifion hadn't used it, no one had. It was my song. It will always be my song, along with Here I Am, White Lace and Strange, and School. However, despite having used Texas Twister in just about every GH and RB list I've ever made, I haven't listened to this album before today. THAT CHANGES uh TODAY The album begins with Texas Twister, which was about the best decision they could have made. Oddly, the title track is very nearly a ballad. It's a bit overblown and very nearly pretentious. The choir of female backing vocalists makes it seem like they were trying way too hard. The thing about Texas Twister that made me want to listen to this album was that it's an uptempo song with a great riff. The album itself has far too many downtempo songs that start to sound the same very quickly. |

After this, we've just got one solo Tom Petty album and we're done with him.
the epitome of mediocrity the title track is way too long and it's the same shit over and over and over
this album has no reason to be this long just you don't have the material for a fifteen-track album you don't even have the material for a four-track ep |

| 08 Feb 2016: Tommy Bolin/"Teaser" (1975) http://musiccouldbebetter.blogspot.com/2009/09/testing-tester-by-testy-testers.html
We're at the point where I have to add two posts to the blog each and every day. One at the end (today), and one at the beginning. Eventually, we will have reviews from the '90s. We must all never forget, however, that these reviews started on 9/11/09.
I hate how they put the bonus track in the middle of the album. It's easily the worst one here. the last two tracks really didn't need to be over ten minutes long thanks |

This album is a lot better than Fire and Water, despite not having a huge standout like All Right Now. not a lot because after i typed that the filler began to pour in
With a title like Mouthful of Glass, I was expecting something that wasn't the epitome of filler instrumentals.
If this and Fire and Water had been condensed into one album, it would have been absolutely great. SHAME THEY FUCKED IT UP |

The mid-'90s were when U2 decided to try and be Radiohead. It didn't work very well. Unlike Zooropa, which was 100% "what", this album mixes in actual songs. It's a nice change. |

This is basically just outtakes they never released. Given the stunning quality of what they actually decided to release, my hopes are rock bottom. |

Not at all what comes to mind when I think of Nine Inch Nails. Reznor must have been seriously depressed or some shit. It's not a very enjoyable listen. The Becoming is great, though. |
