For PS4/Xbone, but it says you'll be able to transfer over your DLC. However, this line is weird:
Players who’ve purchased or downloaded playable tracks on last-generation consoles will be able to download and play those tracks on their new platforms at no additional charge* *The timing of release of “legacy” DLC on next-generation consoles is to be determined and may be subject to change. “Legacy” DLC will be downloadable and playable in Rock Band 4 only after the DLC is released on next-generation consoles.
So do you have to wait for them to re-upload the songs? Also, if you had it for 360, you basically have to get the Xbone version. You can't transfer your shit over to PS4.

I don't even think Stevie Nicks does anything on You Make Loving Fun
oh wait, she plays tambourine. you totally can't make her out in the backing vocals: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/You_Make_Loving_Fun

i assume she's also a bad tambourine player
I've heard the song before, though, and while "shit!" may be going a bit overboard, I find the song rather boring at the best of times. I can't say I'm a fan of the other chick, either. I'll admit that I do kind of like Don't Stop, but nothing more.

YMLF is cool as it's definitely the funkiest song on Rumours, but it's still super dry, not-really-sure-how-funk-works funk
Don't Stop is great, and there's little-to-no Nicksy on that one. You might enjoy Never Going Back Again and Second Hand News from the album as they are almost entirely Lindsey Buckingham (aka best guy)

There's something about the guitar tone on Never Going Back Again that puts me off. I can't really put my finger on it. I also don't like how it seems to overpower the vocals.
Second-Hand News is kind of neat, though. I don't really get why there's a strong emphasis on the word "stuff", though. It's a small detail but I really noticed it and it stuck in my mind. Maybe that's why they did it.

Buckingham is all about never using a pick, so he does some weird finger picking stuff on occasion. i think the stuff is supposed to be his way around sex while also emphasizing the fact that he's having sex but not with Nicksy (the whole point of the album is the different members exclaiming how much they love other people and giving each other big "fuck you"s, which is great considering they were all in relationships with each other beforehand)

you don't really notice unless you know the history of the album. Everything sounds like pretty standard pop/love song stuff until you realize certain songs were written in direct response to other songs written for the album. I find it cool, it's almost a concept album in that regard.
and it makes me appreciate the resolve of the group more that they've managed to still stick around despite all the emotional issues they've had to deal with

The inability to transport your song library from 360 over to PS4 is one of the biggest wins Microsoft has had of this console generation.
Would not be surprised if they announced the full tracklist at E3. I've already said this but whatever. At the very least, 30 songs will be announced during that week. One of them will probably be Paramore. Joys.

Playstation Access have a video up now detailing the new peripherals
They've made them look similar to the Rock Band 3 instruments deliberately, which is cool as they did nail it there.
They're using a proper mic now, about fucking time. 15 foot cable is nice too. And it sounds like the fucking issue with putting screaming songs in a game where screaming doesn't work won't be setting them back again.
I'm kind of disappointed that the guitar is staying the same but also somewhat relieved. The reinforcements though, that's marvelous, especially as the lack of them in the past has really fucked up my 360 Rock Band controller. Can't say yet what it does for the feel but it sounds promising. I got used to the old fret buttons but again, I can understand them changing that as people adjusting from GH were having a torrid time. One thing I will miss is the clicky five way switch but oh well.
THEY'VE (allegedly) MADE AUTO CALIBRATION ACTUALLY WORK FUCK YEAH
IT'S ALL WIRELESS AND LESS BATTERIES FUCK YEAH
NO MORE MECHANICAL TILT SENSOR FUCK YEAH
MORE RESILIENT FOOT PEDAL FOR THE DRUMS FUCK YEAH
LONGER LASTING DRUMS IN GENERAL FUCK YEAH
MORE ADVANCED CYMBALS FUCK YEAH
THIS GAME. FUCK YEAH.

So people who preorder through Amazon are gonna get a free 34-song DLC pack. I imagine that this, like previous free launch DLC will be available for others at a cost, but the first four songs are apparently:
Alabama Shakes – Don’t Wanna Fight Breaking Benjamin – Failure Death from Above 1979 – Trainwreck 1979 The Pretty Reckless – Follow Me Down
Also this:
Another store page (Toys R Us) has pricings for bundles (quoted from RBA):
The guitar bundle can be found at a price of $129.99, with the game and one Fender Stratocaster.
The Band in a Box has a price of $249.99(a slight markup even with inflation), with the game, one Fender Stratocaster, one drum set without cymbals, and the newly designed microphone.

All right, here's the big question: Does ANYONE know if you can turn off that Godawful new feature where you can do anything for the guitar solo? The guy playing in the gameplay demo's solo was hideous and out of place. I just want to play the real fucking songs.
Seriously, if this shit isn't optional, I will not buy this game.
