10/10 games of the last console generation

Now that we're officially in the Wii U/Xbone/PS4 generation*, I think it's time to look back and make sure everyone's played the true 10/10s of the last generation.

*By this, I mean that probably the last AAA game has been released for 360/PS3 (MGSV).

Now, I'm not talking "very good" games like Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and I'm definitely not talking Assassin's Creed XLIV. I'm talking true 10/10s that you still hold in very, very high regard to this very day. Games where you think about them and think "oh shit, I should replay that", even though you just did a few months ago. Not games where the sequel has pretty much overwritten it like Brawl or whatever. Definitely not games that are actively worse than one from the same series from the generation prior (GTA V vs San Andreas, MGSV vs MGS3).

Fallout: New Vegas
Guitar Hero II
Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time**
Red Dead Redemption
Rock Band 2
Saints Row 2
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Does this include handheld gaming (aka DS games because vitas don't exist....or is that next gen? I have no idea because they don't exist)

I guess you could include DS/PSP games, but I didn't.
Handhelds and home consoles have different sets of generations.

My DS list would just be "play Shu Takumi games yo" since I still say FR/LG is the best Pokémon game.
The PSP was neat, but I can't say it had any true 10/10 "have to buy the system have to play this game" titles (especially since Peace Walker and Birth by Sleep got HD remasters anyway).
