After the fiasco last year surrounding a relative of a dead member of Taurus suing Led Zeppelin for stealing Stairway to Heaven and the recent successful suit against Sam Smith for stealing a Tom Petty song, I thought I'd weigh in on another example of heavy influence in a modern song, Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran.
