Lulu is the best Kimahri is the worst Yuna is exact middle ground

| I agree about Kimahri. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who's used him effectively. I've tried, but he always ends up as a shitty Auron.
Tidus is my favourite. Once you get Quick Hit, he's unstoppable.
Blitzball is fun once you get some decent players. The problem is that they gave you the shittiest team for your first match and it really taints everyone's view of the sport. Plus the "only one chance to learn the Jecht Shot beforehand" thing is a bummer. BUT STILL YOU'VE GOTTA DO IT TO GET WAKKA'S OVERDRIVES AND BEST WEAPON You are going to go for everyone's best weapon, right? You've gotta get Tidus's, at least. You have to feel my pain.
As far as FFX-2, definitely give it a shot if you already have it. The tone is a lot goofier, and getting 100% completion is nearly impossible, but the battle system's neat. I'm a sucker for job systems. |

| the jecht shot *sigh* I didn't even see any buttons to press, i just failed it. and I totally lost that championship game by a landslide. In a game like this where there are tons of weapons and what not, I've never been too keen on getting the best items, but Overdrives are a different story. I can't stand the elemental slot overdrive right now plus i'm trying not to read any guides so i have no idea if i missed important items already or not ROFL i'm thinking of using Kimahri more like a second yuna. healing out the yazoo Tidus is GREAT for haste and slow. I JUST taught him slowaga so that sounds neat. |

| To be fair, there isn't anything important you can miss forever, except one or two Al Bhed Primers. That includes the Jecht Shot. The only strategy to the first Blitzball match that really works is to score one goal with the Jecht Shot, then hide behind your goal with the ball until time runs out. Wakka's final overdrive is the most powerful in the game, so you've got some work to do. There may be a lot of weapons, but very few can pass 9999 damage, which doesn't sound that important right now, but it is later. This is really a game where you need a guide to get the best shit. You'll know when it's time to backtrack, though. And it's more of an accomplishment than just "find this weapon in a chest!" or "buy this weapon for 100000000000000000 gil!". You have to toil. There is pain involved in most. As for Kimahri, it's really not worth it if you haven't been using him up to this point. You'd have to grind a lot and use a lot of key spheres to get him where you want him. He'll never be able to use aeons, either. In that way, Yuna is really the only character with a unique ability, barring overdrives. - Spoiler:
Rikku is the better secondary healer anyway

| I started playing FFVII once because my brother was borrowing it from someone. Made it about 20 minutes into it and that's it (hehe)
Also, the temple trials in FFX are the WORST thing. I'd rather play blitzball. |

| I didn't mind them, for the most part. The last two were kind of annoying, though. |

| Seymour at Mt. Gagazet is REALLY HARD so don't feel bad. The first time I played, I just gave up there. Some grinding would definitely help out. I think he's weak to Lulu's Bio, if you have/can grind for that.
As far as looks and concept, I really like Ixion. Bahamut's probably the best all around, though. |
