i am currently graduated from college and am living with my parents due to unforeseen issues with me going to china for a year and getting a second degree in music education.

i have no idea what to do

music education wow. china double wow. i'm actually more into movies than i am into music right now but i like both.
i thought about getting some kind of education degree at one point and recently i've kind of wanted to take a filmmaking class and direct a movie for fun but i still don't know what i want to "do" in my life

you should totally do school if you can afford it. it's nice and there are nice people.

I planned on going to china for a year to teach english. It was kind of an excuse to leave and also see if I liked teaching.
If i liked teaching, I was planning on going to school for music education. but then the china program failed me so I went right back to school.
but then I realized i wasn't good enough on one instrument to choose a concentration instrument. plus, like no credits from my old school transferred. It was like I was starting all over again.

so I am now in your same boat.

I'm planning on going to austin community college this fall and hopefully eventually transfer to UT. I'm trying to focus on rent right now but I'm flat broke
